At Rorra, we want you to love your home as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on all eligible furniture and decor items. If a piece doesn't perfectly fit your space, we are committed to making the return process as seamless as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage the items in their original boxing with all protective padding included to ensure the product remains undamaged during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
