How long does shipping take for furniture and decor?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. For larger furniture pieces, our white-glove delivery service may take 10-14 business days to ensure safe handling and assembly.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items. Products must be in their original packaging and unused condition. Please note that custom-made furniture is final sale.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Rorra ships to the continental United States, Canada, and select European countries. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and are calculated at checkout.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to our carrier's portal. You can also track your status directly through your Rorra account dashboard.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
Yes, all Rorra furniture pieces come with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. Decor items and textiles are covered for 90 days from the date of purchase.
